Giles heads up the firm’s accounting services department and has over 25 years experience as a Chartered Accountant.

Giles spends his time leading the accounts team to deliver the compliance needs of our clients. Those clients are predominantly owner managed businesses based in and around the North West and across many industries including construction, manufacturing, technology.  We have a number of clients who operate in sectors with additional regulatory requirements such as legal firms, financial services, medical and dental practices.

Giles has assisted a number of clients acquire businesses or dispose of their own, again across many different industries.

Iain has close on 25 years’ experience working at the top level of practice.

Iain has over 25 years’ experience in the profession including time spent working within a top six practice.

Iain advises owner-managed businesses across a wide range of business sectors.  As well as providing them with commercial, accounting and taxation advice, Iain also has significant experience in helping his clients to adopt computerised accounting systems so that they have a better understanding of their financial position.

He has worked closely with many clients over the years helping them to choose and implement the correct software system to suit their business needs.

Dave heads up the firm’s tax services and has nearly 30 years’ experience working in taxation.

A Chartered Tax Adviser, Dave spends his time providing tax advice to a range of business owners, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals across the North West and beyond.
Dave advises on both Corporate and Personal tax matters and has considerable experience in the following areas;

  • Advising on Corporate Re-structuring
  • Advising shareholders when exiting businesses
  • Assisting clients in claiming Research and Development Incentives
  • Helping clients implement tax efficient share options schemes
  • Implementing tax efficient remuneration strategies for his clients
  • Negotiating Company share valuations with HMRC
  • Advising clients on Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax issues.
